NEW YORK (AP) — The Who will be late to their own 50th anniversary tour. The Who are postponing the first four dates of “The Who Hits 50!” tour because singer Roger Daltrey is suffering from an unspecified virus. The tour was supposed to launch Monday in San Diego. Instead it will begin September 24 in Portland, Oregon.
