NEW YORK (AP) — Don Cheadle’s film about Miles Davis will premiere at the New York Film Festival this fall. “Miles Ahead” will be Cheadle’s debut as a director. The film focuses on Davis’ reemergence in 1980. The festival runs September 25 through October 11 and the film will play on the festival’s closing night.
