WASHINGTON (AP) The Supreme Court has turned down the chance to discuss Bob Marley’s face. The justices let stand a lower court ruling that said merchandisers had used Marley’s likeness to sell clothes without permission from Marley’s children, who have their own company. The clothes were sold in stores like Walmart and Target. Marley’s heirs had sued rival companies in 2008, claiming their Marley merchandise violated federal trademark law.
